What can you Expect?

Well, planning for this years Southern Regional Convention is well and truly underway and what a ‘voyage of discovery’ it has been for the five members on the convention committee. You will receive the benefit of the organisers collective imaginations, skills and creativity in delivering a unique convention tailored just for you.

The end result will be a rich blend of experiences that will excite, energise and motivate all of you convention attendees. It is going to be an exciting weekend and we are so looking forward to seeing you all there.

Right from the start we wanted to design and develop a convention experience that is photographically relevant for our times and informative from the perspective of the guest speakers and field trips. But above all it had to be fun for you by providing lots of opportunity for networking, camaraderie, catching up with friends and making new ones.

Keeping with the fun, Saturday evening will see ‘The Great Debate’ where a highly topical subject is vigorously fought between two mighty teams of photographic luminaries. At the end of the battle you will be asked to judge and determine the winning team.

And a feature of the Sunday morning will be the ‘famous breakfast of pancakes, streaky bacon, bananas and cream… all freshly cooked, flipped before your eyes and delivered piping hot to your plates☺
