Instructions

You can purchase copies of the New Zealand Camera 2008 Book online by completing the above registration form. The process is as follows:

1. Complete the order form above. You must complete all fields that are marked with an *.
2. You should read the terms and conditions of purchasing online and click the check box to confirm your acceptance of these terms.
3. When you click the submit button you will be asked to enter your Visa or MasterCard credit card details. This is done over a secure connection.
4. Once you have completed registration, you can print a receipt.
5. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the address you provided.

Terms and Conditions of Purchasing NZ Camera 2008 Online

Some additional points worth noting when purchasing NZ Camera 2008 online:

• Only paid up members of The Photographic Society of New Zealand or paid up members of a club affiliated to The Photographic Society of New Zealand are entitled to the member’s discounted price.
• Prices are in NZ$, are per book and include GST.
• There is a fixed delivery charge of NZ$8.00 for orders that have 1 book and NZ$13.50 for orders that have 2 to 15 books.
• Delivery is only to a street address within New Zealand. Please, no PO Boxes.
• The Society will retain the information you have entered for The Society's use only. We will not provide this information to a third party.
• If necessary, the Society has the right to confirm the information you have entered.
• You need to have an e-mail address so that we can send you confirmation of your registration.
• Payment is collected by Visa or MasterCard credit card using a secure encrypted payment facility accepted by all trading banks in New Zealand.
• The Society does not retain your credit card details.
• If you choose to purchase NZ Camera, we will refund your purchase within 14 days if it is faulty in production or if it arrives in a damaged condition. Note that any faulty or damaged goods must be returned to the place of origin for a refund.
