Four Nations Rules

1. Maximum of two (2) entries per PSNZ member (only one image may be selected).
2. Open Category only.
3. Digital file only. Maximum 1024 pixels horizontally, 768 pixels vertically and saved at a resolution of 180 pixels/inch or higher in JPEG format.
4. Files should be named as follows:
   Image_Name-Photographers_Name.jpg
   e.g.Great_Red_Egret-George_Brown.jpg
5. Society and photographer references will be deleted prior to judging.
6. This competition is open to PSNZ members only.
7. Entries can be emailed or posted on a CD
8. If a CD is to be returned, a return stamp must be included.
9. The organizers of this competition reserve the right to use your image for publicity purposes of this competition.
10. Copyright of the image remains with the photographer.
11. Photographers must have a valid model release if applicable. PSNZ, PSSA, APS and CAPA will not be responsible for any claims made as a result of not having an appropriate model release or for any breach of copyright.
12. By submitting an image the entrant agrees to the above rules.
13. Closing date for PSNZ entries 1st June 2011

Instructions for Sending Images

1. If sending email, send to photo39@xtra.co.nz
2. Please set out the email in the following format
   

   Subject	4 nations 2011
   In the body of email	Entrant’s name Honours achieved Image 1 Title Image 2 Title Local club or society (if any)

3. If sending CDs, send them to
   Four Nations 2011
   c/o T J Rees
   39 Alton Street
   Nelson. 7010
4. Please mark CDs with author’s name and include a page with the details as per email instructions above.
5. You should receive an email acknowledgement of receipt of entry within 5 days.
